Refund policy

Returns

All fabric and wallpaper products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Because these products are printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom fabric or wallpaper orders.

Sale items are final sale, and gift certificates are not returnable.

If there is a printing error, manufacturing defect, damage, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Melissa at melissa@buuestudio.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly at melissa@buuestudio.com with details about the issue and photos if applicable. We will review the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Because fabric and wallpaper products are final sale, refunds are not available for changes of mind or other non-defective items. If we determine that an order qualifies for a refund because of a printing error, manufacturing defect, damage, or fulfillment error, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
