Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping

Non-returnable items
Home decor, wallpapers, fabric purchases and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, but if there is any issue at all, please contact Melissa at melissa@buuestudio.com. Sale items and gift certificates are not returnable.

Shipping 
You can expect your order to ship within 2-4 weeks depending on the item.  If it will be later than that, I will always communicate with you.  

Within the United States I try to ship via USPS or UPS.  For international customers, please contact Melissa@buuestudio.com for a shipping quote. If you wish to purchase insurance, let me know at the time of purchase.  The buyer is responsible for all customs taxes in their home country. I am not responsible for lost packages, however please contact me should that occur.

Damage during shipping
We would require you to take photos of the damage on the box and/or the product. Please send those images to Melissa@buuestudio.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the damage, and will reprint your order as quickly as possible.
