All clothing items are handmade by me, in my studio. I take pride in my workmanship and returns and exchanges are accepted up to 60 days for merchandise in unworn, unwashed condition. I can't guarantee that fabrics will still be in stock in order to make something in a different size, but I'll gladly work with you to create something you'll love.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders cannot be returned, but if there is an issue, please contact me at email@example.com. Sale items and gift certificates are not returnable.
Embroidery project templates are not returnable, but if there is a quality issue, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Within the United States I try to ship via USPS, priority mail. For international customers I ship first class USPS. If you wish to purchase insurance, let me know at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all customs taxes in their home country. I am based in New Hampshire, so no sales tax is charged. I am not responsible for lost packages, however please contact me should that occur.
